By purchasing or accessing the Vocal Meta-Messaging Course, you agree to these terms.
1. Course Access
- The course is accessible via a unique Thinkific account linked to your email.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
2. Account Security
- Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials with others is prohibited.
- Violations may result in account suspension, revocation of access, or legal action to protect intellectual property.
- We may monitor usage to enforce this policy.
3. Payment
- Payment is processed via Stripe, unless a valid discount code (e.g., WELCOME10) is applied.
- Sales are final. Refunds are not offered unless required by law or at our discretion within 7 days, subject to review.
4. Intellectual Property
- All Course content (videos, materials, resources) is owned by Schaap Consulting, LLC and protected by copyright.
- Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of content outside your account is forbidden without written permission.
5. Termination
- Access may be terminated for breaching these terms, with or without notice.
- Termination ends all rights to Course content.
6. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect damages from course use. Total liability is limited to the purchase price.
7. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Utah law. Disputes are resolved in Utah courts.
8. Amendments
- Terms may be updated with email notice. Continued use signifies acceptance.
